If you live in the St. Petersburg FL. area you will be able to pick your gun up from us after the required background checks. If your not in our area you will need to give us the name and address of the FFL dealer you wish to have your firearm shipped to. This process varies from state to state. If you don't have a FFL in mind we can locate one for you. There will be a fee charged by the FFL in your area. We have no control over what they charge you and we get no fee from this transaction. Please be advised that YOU AND ONLY YOU can receive this firearm. If you know you will not pass a background check DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. We have been paid and the dealer in your area has NO OBLIGATION to return a firearm to us for a refund. In other words you may and most likely will loose your money and they will keep the firearm. If they return it to us we will refund your money less any costs associated with shipping, receiving, and credit card fees. However this is IF they return it to us.
